1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Transactional Realty.

2. Description of Services

Transactional Realty provides full-service real estate brokerage services to buyers and sellers on a flat-fee basis, rather than the traditional commission model.

•For Sellers: We offer a flat fee of $2,497 for listing and selling services. This fee covers professional photography, MLS listing, expert negotiation, and transaction management.

•For Buyers: We offer a flat fee of $1,497 for buyer representation, including property search, offer preparation, negotiation, and closing coordination.

The specific scope of services, including any additional costs not covered by the flat fee (such as co-broker commissions, closing costs, or third-party vendor fees), will be detailed in a separate, formal Brokerage Agreement executed between you and a licensed agent of Transactional Realty.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Website and our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website.

•Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us, including contact details and property information, is accurate, complete, and current.

•Prohibited Use: You must not use the Website to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or to introduce viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Transactional Realty or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

1.Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or services.

2.Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website.

3.Any content obtained from the Website.

4.Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
